ARTICLE 1 - SHIPPING POLICY

 

Article 1.0 Terms and Conditions of Delivery

Cocotte exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavor to deliver the orders to a residential address or other address worldwide.

โ€‹

The delivery costs incurred for each order are calculated according to the destination and delivery method chosen for the products ordered. Additional charges may be applied by the customs authorities of certain countries. These additional costs remain the exclusive responsibility of the Customer. For all deliveries made outside Italy, the Customer shall be considered as the importer of the products delivered and shall therefore comply with the regulations in force in the countries concerned.

Cocotte will endeavor to deliver orders as quickly as possible and in the order in which they were issued.

COCOTTE FIRENZE offers different delivery methods:

-Express Saver Delivery UPS

-Click & Collect (for residents of florence)

Article 1.1 Realization Time

โ€‹

All our products are made by hand one by one with care.

For this matter the realization time for the t-shirts and tote bags are from 3 to 5 working days to proceed, and from 1 to 2 weeks for the Nike sneakers.

On the other hand, for custom products, the production time can vary between 1 to 3 weeks. It will depend on the creation to do on.

 

In anyway it could take until 15 (fifteen) working days maximum (for the non custom products) after the registration of your order.

   

The realisation start once the payments has been received (it takes nearly 5 days).

Article 1.2 Delivery Time

โ€‹

Cocotte will endeavor to deliver orders as quickly as possible and in the order in which they were issued. The goal is to deliver orders (after order realization);

 

Italy : 1 to 3 working days

Europe : 3 to 5 working days 

Us : 8 working days

Oceania : 5 to 7 working days

Despite the goal of delivering within the stated timeframe, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

In the event that the delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, the Customer may cancel the order.

The products are send every Monday of every week.

Article 1.3 Delivery costs

โ€‹

The applicable delivery charges are those mentioned on the Website at the time of the order according to the country of reception and the method of delivery selected by the Customer.

โ€‹

When the products are not received by the Customer and must be reshipped, additional Delivery costs may be invoiced to the Customer under the same conditions as those provided for the initial order.

Article 1.4 Late Delivery

If your order does not arrive by the due date, please contact Customer Service

โ€‹

If the Order has not yet been dispatched when the Seller receives the Customer's cancellation notice, delivery shall be blocked and the Customer shall be reimbursed any amounts debited within fifteen days of receipt of the cancellation notice.

โ€‹

If the Order has already been shipped upon receipt by the Seller of the Customer's cancellation notice, the Customer may still cancel the Order by refusing the package. The Seller shall then proceed to reimburse the amounts debited and the return costs paid by the Customer within fifteen days following receipt of the return of the refused package, complete and in its original condition.

Article 1.5 Verification of Delivery

โ€‹

If, upon receipt of the package, the Customer notes that it is clearly deteriorated or does not conform to the Delivery, the Customer is required to express clear and precise reservations on the delivery slip, or even to refuse the package. Reservations and claims must be sent to the carrier with a request for acknowledgement of receipt within three working days following the date of receipt of the package. The Customer shall send a copy of this letter to the Seller and may request the return of the Product.

Once the Customer's return request has been made by the Customer to the Seller, the Seller shall send, by electronic means to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, a return form to be attached to the shipment of the products.

Article 2 - Return & Exchange Policy

 

Article 2.0 Withdrawal from the order

 

The Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal. The Customer shall inform the Seller in advance of the exercise of his right of withdrawal by sending an e-mail to the address: contact.cocottefirenze@gmail.com.

In this letter, the Customer indicates the willingness to exercise his right of retraction, the number and date of his order and the references of the product concerned.

The Customer then returns the products to COCOTTE FIRENZE - Via Orazio Vecchi, 21 50127 Florence Italy. The costs of returning the Products are the Customer's responsibility.

The Seller shall refund the amount corresponding to the total price of the product upon receipt of the products.  

โ€‹

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products.

โ€‹

Article 2.1 Returns policy

โ€‹

The Customer is informed that the Seller is only obliged to take back the products returned as a whole, in their complete and intact original packaging. No returns will be accepted if the returned item has been visibly used or damaged by the Customer, making the Product unfit for sale.

 

At the end of the withdrawal period, products that have not been sold and that have not been customized in any way are exchangeable for 15 days from their receipt by the Customer and non-refundable. The costs of returning products that the Customer wishes to exchange are borne exclusively by the Customer.

The exchange may be carried out among all non-personalised products, of equivalent price, offered for sale by COCOTTE FIRENZE on the Website, as long as stocks are available.

โ€‹

At the end of the withdrawal period, the products sold will not be taken back, exchanged or refunded.

โ€‹

Personalized products are not taken back, exchanged or refunded. In the event of an error on the order or a defect on the Personalized product, COCOTTE FIRENZE will examine the order and may proceed to reimburse it by returning the disputed product.
